About this event

It takes something special to be a business owner or entrepreneur; to step boldly into the world and say “I have something of value to add"

This session is all about what it really means to build a business that works with you, and asks What if we put survival mode and comparison in the bin, and instead choose to put REST, CAPACITY and JOY at the heart of what we do?

Key Messages:

- Comparison comes from the social environment we live, and the messages we have been taught and absorbed over time. The questin is, do we have to keep them, and how can we do buisiness in a way that works for US.

- Noone can be consistent 100% of the time, your Capacity fluctuates. When you understand what is impacting your capacity you take back your power. We take a look at how to consider your Capacity.

- Rest, Joy and embracing what lights you up - You don't have to earn the right to rest. Joy is restorative, protective and essential to our wellbeing. Lean into the things that help support your capacity and re-write the rules that work for You.

The session offers a practical approach to sustainability in business so you leave with a clear, doable way to work that honours your energy and your life, not someone else's blueprint.
