Confidence in Action: the catalyst for any business acceleration is to build the leader that stands boldly in and beyond the brand

In this session I will be speaking into three key points to support women in creating, maintaining and growing businesses where there are feeling energized, in alignment and deeply enjoying the business that they run. In order to have any business - whether it’s sole trading or hiring team, there must always be a continual focus on the LEADER herself. HER confidence, HER voice, HER integrity, HER capacity not only in business, but in everyday life. In this session I am going to be stripping back from the mainstream business ‘strategy’ advice to scale you as fast as possible, and instead be focusing on a INWARD OUT APPROACH

KEY ONE: THE WOMAN: THE CONFIDENT LEADER- How you lead your life outside of your business is how you will lead inside your business. Who are you as a woman when no one is watching, when the cameras are off. To have clarity in business, to have certainty in your direction & to hold the highs, lows, celebrations and challenges you must address who you are as a woman and clean up what you have been avoiding to have a business you actually ENJOY instead of use as an escape

KEY TWO: THE WOMAN: THE NERVOUS SYSTEM - A regulated nervous system is what creates a regulated business, income and scalability outside of lack, fear and scarcity. In this session I will bring awareness to that part that our nervous systems play in either supporting business growth or scaring it away. Are you naturally wired towards pushing money and success away? Are you naturally wired towards bringing it in with ease and freedom? When an nervous system is dysregulated and on fight or flight, that is going to be the response to how women show up in their businesses

KEY THREE: THE WOMAN: THE UNIQUE AND INDIVIDUAL - A business that thrives is a business that exposes who the person is behind the brand and how individual that woman is. This is a lead on from leading confidently as is is in depth about showing up as you, moving beyond judgment, understanding where fear of judgment comes from and tapping into/expressing individuality in a world that is trying to force sameness
